1A digital service

siaive is software and an online service. Nothing is shipped: there are no physical goods and no shipping charges. siaive is sold to customers in India, in Indian rupees.

2When you get what you paid for

• Plans: your plan and its AI credits are on your account as soon as the payment is confirmed, usually within a minute. The App shows them within seconds of updating your account.
• Credit packs: the credits are added to your account as soon as the payment is confirmed, usually within a minute.
• Plan changes that start later (a downgrade or a switch from yearly to monthly) take effect when your current paid period ends, as the checkout page says.
• The App is downloaded from this website and signs in to your account; there is nothing to wait for.

3Confirmation and invoices

The checkout page confirms each payment, and its invoice is on your account page. Your bank or UPI app also confirms the charge.

4If something doesn’t arrive

If your plan or credits haven’t reached your account within an hour of paying, write to us by email at tech@creatorsmela.com or by phone at 9410464303 with the payment’s date and amount. If we can’t deliver what you paid for, we refund it (see our Cancellation and refund policy).
